BBC starts Freeview HDTV Test

The BBC has launch a trial of high definition TV broadcasts on Freeview in the Kent area.
The official roll out of HDTV programming is scheduled to start as early as 2009 though the initial transmission will be in the Granada region.
The HD Freeview service will use a new standard called DVB-T2 so customers who will wish to watch HDTV on terrestrial will have in purchase a new decoder box when these become available. We will keep you informed of when these boxes will be launched.
Not just iPods - Audible books are compatible with hundreds of mp3 players and can be played on your PC or Mac.
