At Seaton Electronics we always aim to give the best advice, which is why we recommend Plusnet.
We have been using Plusnet's sister company, F9, for our internet connectivity since the mid 1990's and most of us at Seaton Electronics use Plusnet or F9 for our home internet access as well. In all that time we have found that the help and support from Plusnet and the reliability has been the best we've seen. And believe me, we've seen the support side of most ISP's when we've been called in to sort out customers computer systems.
Have there really never been any issues with Plusnet?
No, like all ISP's sometimes they do get problems, it's a very complex business dealing with 100's of thousands of clients connections, telephone lines and email, not to mention the problems originating from the users end.
Plusnet have had problems in the past with their email systems, and some trouble with their Usenet servers, but they have always sorted the problems out reasonably quickly in our experience.
So, with broadband packages from under £10 and home phone packages that are cheaper than BT (even though Plusnet are now owned by BT but run as a separate organisation) we are sure you'll never regret moving your home broadband to Plusnet
Plusnet also do business grade broadband with all the great benefits of the home service but with extra data transfer allowance and the ability to connect more computers onto the network.
